Ingredients
- Main ingredient s
- 8 Slices Bread
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- For filling
- 3 Tbsp Shredded coconut
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 2 Tsp Green Chillies finely chopped
- 2 Tsp Sliced almond
- For serving
- 1 1/2 Cup Curd
- 1/4 Cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for filling and keep aside.
- Cut bread slices into rounds using cookie cutter
- Lightly wet one side of bread and put filling inside,fold the bread ,making a semi circle
- Seal the edges of Bred well with your fingers
- Brush both sides of bread lightly with little oil and toast them in toaster till bread become light brown in colour
Serving the vadas
- Whip the curd till smooth
- Add salt as per ur taste,chat masalaalso
- When ready to serve soak the Vedas just for a minute in water,take out and squeeze excess water
- Dip them in curd,sprinkle black pepper,some leftover filling and sprinkle tamarind chutney
- Bread Dadi Vadas r ready to serve,serve them immediately
