Ingredients
- 180 gram boondi can use home made as well - Haldiram brand used here - pudhina flavour
- 2 small Onion
- 1 big Tomato
- 1/4 tspn Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tspn Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tspn Salt
- 1/4 tspn Cumin seeds
- 1 tbspn Oil
- 1 tbspn Coriander leaves

Instructions
- In a pan, add oil and heat it..
- Add cumin seeds and onions, sauté it well.
- Once onions are slightly brown add tomato into it.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt and sauté it well.
- Once it is cooked nicely,add little water and boil.
- When it becomes thick, add boondi to it
- Keep it on stove on 2 mins only..
- Garnish with coriander (if required add garam masala)
