Ingredients
- 1 Bowl Curd
- 1 Cup boondi
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds Powder
- 1 Tsp black pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp mint Dried and chopped
- 1 Small Onion optional, chopped

Instructions
- Take curd in a bowl and beat it well.
- In another bowl soak the boondi in hot water for close to 5-7minutes, so that oil is removed well.
- After sometime drain the boondi well, it will be very soft.
- Mix this soft Boondi into heated curd.
- Add salt, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
- Garnish with dried pudhina and red chilly powder.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve it chilled 😉
