Ingredients
- 250 Gram Brown chickpeas Kale Channa
- 2 Tsp Oil
- 2 Big Onions Chopped
- 2 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 Number Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Tsp Coconut grated (optional)

Instructions
- Wash black gram in water and soak it overnight.
- Next day morning, boil it by giving around 5-6 whistles.
- Ensure it is not mashed. Once done keep it in a bowl.
- In a pan, add oil heat it well.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves allow it to splutter.
- Than add chopped onions, chopped green chillies and salt.
- Sauté well for few minutes till it becomes soft.
- Add boiled black grams and sauté well.
- Garnish with grated coconut.
