Ingredients
- 1 cup black gram
- 1 tsp Butter
- 7-8 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 pinch Asafoetida also called Hing

Instructions
- Soak black gram for 5/6 hours
- Boil these grams with 6 bowls water
- Add asafoetida while boiling
- Take butter in a pan, add ginger garlic paste ,saute till brown
- Add water from that boiled gram
- Take grams in mixer and grind it. Extract juice from gram and put it in soup. Throw the crushed grams after extracting juice.
- Add salt, black pepper
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve hot
