Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Okra bhindi
- 1.5 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Big Onions
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 Tsp Amchur Dried mango powder
- 1/2 Tsp Salt

Instructions
- Chop the lady fingers in round shape and onions in long shape.
- In a pan, heat oil and add the chopped lady fingers, sauté it well for few minutes by adding salt to it. (in the entire process stove should be kept in low flame only)
- To ensure there is no stickiness, add mango powder and keep sauting it well.
- After 5-7 minutes add cut onions, turmeric powder and red chilly powder and sauté it again.
- Keep sauting it till it is cooked well.
- Ready to serve.
