Ingredients
- 2 cups Curd
- 1 beetroot for fresh beetroot juice
- 1 cucumber (chopped finely)
- 1 Onion (chopped finely)
- 1-2 pinch Asafeotida (hing)
- 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Roasted Cumin powder

- Churn the curd in a bowl and add all the ingredients together
- Keep it in the fridge and serve it cold with Roti and subzi
