Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peas mater
- 1/2 cup carrots chopped
- 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour maida
- 2-3 tbsp yellow butter
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Take a pan add butter ,maida in it ,cook on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
- Add milk and mix properly.
- Beat the milk mixture wiyh the help of handy.
- Add salt,black peper and some chesse and saute it for 5 min.
- Milk mixture becomes thick,switch off the gas and keep aside.
- Take a another pan.
- Add 2 tsp butter,vegetables in it,add salt and saute it for 5-6 min.
- Combine all vegetables in the white sauce in a glass dish and mix well.
- Sprinkle the chesse ,chilli flakes,oregano evenly over it.
- Bake in a pre -heated oven at 150 degree for 5-7 min, grill it at grill mode for 5-7 mins.
- cheese and creamy baked vegetable is ready
- serve it hot.
