Ingredients
- 1 pack Baby Corn
- 6-7 Potato bolied
- 3-4 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2-3 Green Chillies paste
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp degi mirch
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 4-5 tbsp Bread crumbs
- For white dip....
- 5-6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Yogurt hang curd
- 1/4 cup Capsicum chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1-2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Take a pan add some water and boil the baby corn in it for 5 min.
- Then immediately soak the baby corns in cold water for 3-4 min .
- Cut the baby corn from the middle, length wise .
- Take a bowl.
- Add ginger ,garlic ,green chilly paste ,salt ,degi mirch ,vinegar ,1 tbsp oil ,oregano in it .
- Mix well.
- Mix the baby corn with soft hands in all the spices so that it gets a coat on it.
- Take a pan add 2 tsp oil in it and cook the baby corns from both the side.
- Mash the boiled potatoes and add coriander ,green chilly ,ginger ,salt ,cornflour ,oregano in it.
- Mix well.
- Then coat the mashed potato on babycorn like a shape of cigar.
- Then coat it with the bread crumbs.fry it in sufficient oil till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
- serve it with white dip.
For dip....
- Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 hours ,then hang is ready .
- Take a bowl ,add mayonnaise ,hang curd ,all vegetables ,salt ,black pepper in it . and mix well.
- Then keep it in fridge for 30 min so that it cools down.
