Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Avarkkai (broad beans) cut into small pieces just like normal beans
- 2 Number Onions Chopped
- 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Tsp Curry Leaves
- 2-4 Number Dry red chillies sabut
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1-2 Pieces Coconut Grated

Instructions
- In a pan add oil and heat it well.
- Add curry leaves, mustard seeds and allow them to clutter.
- Than add dry red chilly and onions.
- Sauté it well till onions become soft, don't wait for it to be brown.
- Than add chopped avarakkai and sauté well for few minutes.
- Than add salt, turmeric powder and red chilly powder and again sauté it well.
- Don't cover it with a lid at all.
- Keep sauting till it is cooked well.
- Garnish with grated coconut and then mix it well.
