Ingredients
- For halwa
- 1 cup Semolina Sooji
- 1 tsp Gram flour Besan
- 1 Green cardamom
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 cups Water
- 8 almonds
- 8 raisins
- 1/2 cup desi ghee
- For chana
- 1 cup black gram
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp chana masala
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Amchur roasted dry mango powder
- For poori
- 1 cup Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup Water to knead the flour
- 5 cups Oil for frying

Instructions
For Halwa
- Take ghee in a pan, heat it,when it melts add semolina and gram flour to it.check whether ghee is enough otherwise add more ghee.
- In another pan take water and add sugar and cardamom in it.heat it on low flame to make sugar syrup.
- In the meantime keep on stirring semolina on low flame till it changes colour to brown.
- Now add sugar syrup in it and keep on stirring till halwa becomes thick.
- Garnish it with crushed dry fruits.
For chana
- Soak chana overnight. In the morning pressure cook them by adding minimal amount of water .boil the grams .
- Now take a pan add oil in them ,heat oil ,then add cumin seeds ,salt,red chilly powder,chana masala, boiled grams and saute them.
- Now simmer it for 10 minutes till chanas absorb all masala.
- Now add roasted amchur powder to it.
- Chanas r ready to serve now.
For poori
- First of all make the dough ready by using flour, milk,oil and water.
- Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Make poori by making chapati and deep frying in oil.
- Make thali ready by adding poori chana and halwa to it
