Ingredients
- 500 Gram taro root arbi, Sliced
- 2 Big Onions Sliced
- 2 Long Green Chillies Sliced
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Tsp Mango Powder
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- First of all peel the Arbi & slice into pieces.
- Wash them in salt & water.
- Drain it completely well.
- Take oil in a pan and heat it well.
- Add cumin seeds & allow it to splutter.
- Now add the sliced arbi into it & saute well.
- Ensure it is cooked on sim mode for sometime, so that it cooks well.
- Once it is slightly cooked, add onions, sliced green chillies, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and saute it well.
- Once done, cover it with a lid for sometime & keep it on sim.
- Once it is cooked well, sprinkle mango powder & saute well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
