Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes peeled and cut into thick slices
- 2 Onions chopped finely
- 3 tomatoes large, ground to paste
- 5-6 garlic cloves make it into paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 wadi crushed coarsely
- 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 8-9 leaves Coriander for garnishing
- 1 tbsp Oil for frying

Instructions
- First of all take a cooker,add oil to it,to it add ginger garlic paste, saute and add chopped onions, fry till it becomes Brown.
- Now add tomatoes paste and add all masala except garam masala,add wadi and fry till oil seperates.
- Now add potatoes and simmer the gas and fry a bit so that they absorb masala.
- Add water to make gravy and blow one whistle in cooker.
- Now garnish it with garam masala and coriander and serve with boiled rice.
