Ingredients
- 2 Onions chopped
- 2 tomatoes Grated
- 1 Tbsp Salt To taste
- 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
- 500 Gm cauliflower bite-size florets
- 3 large Potatoes
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 15 Leaves Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Tsp Oil

- First of all chopcauliflower, peel potatoes, onions,grate tomatoes, make ginger garlic paSte,chop green chilly
- Now take a pan add oil to it.add ginger garlic paste,and green chillies, saute them and add onions. when it becomes brown add tomatoes, add all the spices,cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
- When oil seperates add potatoes in it and fry them for 5 /7 minutes.
- Now add cauliflower and mix it properly and add cover it and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes
- Now check if the patatoes and cauliflower have become tender,the sabzi is ready, garnish it with coriander and garam masala,serve it with chapati
