Ingredients
- 4 Cups rice raw
- 2-3 Tbspn Urad Dal
- 1/4 Tspn Fenugreek seeds
- 1/4 Tspn Salt
- 2-3 Pieces Coconut

Instructions
- Soak the rice, dal & fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hours.
- After that grind all of them together and make it like a batter and keep adding water to it.
- On the other side, take coconut grate it well.
- Than add little hot water and grind it in the jar.. Not completely but little..
- Filter the coconut water/milk in a glass.
- Add this coconut milk in the batter add salt to it.
- Add some oil in the appam pan, heat it and pour this batter into it.
- Spread it well and ensure it has to be little thick at the below as shown in pic.
- Cover it for few minutes 😊
- Ensure it is brown in sides & the below part is cooked well.
- Ready to serve...

Best to be had with coconut milk, kurma or chettinad chicken.
