Ingredients
- 500 gm raw mangoes peel and cut into small pieces
- 500 gm Sugar
- 1 cup mint leave
- 1 tbsp Salt according to taste
- 1/2 tbsp black salt
- 1 tsp cumin powder roasted
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- few Ice cubes
- few basil leaves

- First off all peel the all raw mangoes and slice it.
- Take a pan and add a half pan of water, raw mangoes slices, ginger in it.
- Boil the mangoes, covering the pan at medium flame.
- Boil it for 15-20 min until the mangoes becomes soft. Switch off the gas and let it cool down.
- Take another pan , add sugar , 1 cup water and boil it. When the sugar gets properly dissolved in water, then the sugar syrup is ready.
- Take a blender add boiled mangoes, mint leaves, tulsi leaves, salt, black pepper, cumin powder and black salt in it.
- Make a fine paste. If needed, add some water.
- Then mix the sugar syrup in the mango paste and mix well. Drain it. Note: you can store it for 1 month.
- Aam panna is ready now.
- Take a glass, add 3-4 tbsp aam panna, ice cubes and water, and mix well .
- Serve it chilled.
