Ingredients
- 6-7 Potatoes boiled n cut into small pieces
- 10-12 garlic chopped
- 3 Tomato paste
- 2-3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- pinch Asafoetida hing
- 1/2 tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves kasuri metthi
- 3 tbsp desi ghee
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder chopped
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- For dal wali puri......
- 1/2 cup Urad Dal white
- 1.5 bowl Flour
- 2/3 tbsp Semolina suji
- 3/4 tsp Gram flour besan
- 1 tsp Carrom seeds ajwain
- 1 tbsp kasuri metthi
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- kaddu ki sabji.....
- 1 kg pumpkin kaddu /yellow
- 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
- 3 tbsp mustard oil
- 1/4 tbsp Fenugreek seeds methre
- 2 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 2/3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp dry mango powder amchoor powder
- Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- Take a wok.add ghee on it.
- Add chopped garlic and saute it until it becomes light brown.
- Add tomato paste ,green chilly and add all spices .
- Mix well.
- Saute it until the ghee seperates out.
- Then add potato pieces and mix well.
- Add the amount of water according to the gravy needed.
- Then mash the aalu with help of masher.
- Cook it at low flame so that gravy becomes thick.
- Then add garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
Kaddu ki sabji......
- Take a peeler and peel the pumpkin then cut into medium pieces.
- Take a wok .
- Add mustard oil in it .heat the musturd oil so that the colour changes.
- Switch off the gas and let it cool down.
- Then add methre saute it for 1 min and add ginger,green chilly .
- Mix well.
- Add salt ,black pepper ,red chilly powder ,coriander powder ,cumin powder ,turmeric and mix well.
- Add kaddu and mix properly.
- No need of water in this.
- Cover it with the lid and cook it for 5-8 min.
- After 5to 8 min when the kaddu softens ,add sugar ,amchoor powder ,garam masala.
- Mix it slowly.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
Dall wali puri......
- Soak the dal for 1 hour and grind it to make a fine paste.
- Take a bowl ,add flour ,salt ,besan ,ajwain ,kasuri metthi ,red chilly powder at dal paste to it.make a dough by adding sufficient water.
- Now the dough is ready.
- Make the dough in shape of small sphere and deep fry it in sufficient oil until it becomes golden brown.
- Perfect weekend breakfast is ready .enjoy.
- Serve it with sliced onions ,green chilly and pickle.
