Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower
- 3 medium Potatoes peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp degi mirch
- 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
- Separate cauliflower florests and cut them in to medium size pieces.
- Take a wok .
- Add ghee to it.add onion ,ginger ,green chilly saute until it becomes light brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.
- Add all spices saute it so that the tomatoes gets soft.
- When ghee sperates add couliflower and potatoes in it and saute for 5-7 min.
- Cover it and cook it on low flame for 10-15 min.
- Now check if the vegetables have becomes tender ,and aalu gobi is ready .
- Garnish with coriander and garam masala ,serve it with chapati.
